CCVO at PAAC Annual Conference
CCVO Executive Director and CEO Karen Ball was part of the Building and Leading Effective Teams in Changing Environments panel at the PAAC Annual Conference on October 23.
Ball highlighted collaboration, open leadership, and empowering staff to influence discussions and workflow as a core focus for her. In the hiring process, transparency in posting salaries helps attract the best candidates. Incorporating skill assessments and compensating candidates for them can help give organizations a more objective view of an applicant's talent.
