Now Available: 2019 Boland Survey Reports
The Boland Survey is the only comprehensive source of nonprofit sector compensation data in Canada. Nonprofit organizations use Survey reports for developing an overall compensation philosophy, hiring for a new or existing position, or as a benchmark for salary bands.

Reports created from the 2019 Boland Survey data have been made available to organizations that submitted data to the 2019 survey. The following reports were recently released to survey participants:

The Boland Survey is the only survey for the Canadian nonprofit sector that reports both annual salaries and equivalent hourly rates. Both annual and hourly tables can be found in the all region, regional, and sub-regional Salaries Reports.

Accessing the Reports
Organizations who submitted data to the 2019 survey will receive access to the reports listed above. New subscribers to the Boland Survey can also register and submit data to the 2020 survey in order to access these reports. Click here to register for the 2020 Boland Survey.
The 2020 survey will be open until 11:59 PM MT on Wednesday, February 17, 2021. Reports from the 2020 survey data will be released by April 30, 2021.
After submitting data to the 2020 survey, organizations are asked to contact CCVO by email to request access to previously released reports. Please allow up to three business days to receive the reports, as CCVO will verify 2020 data submission before granting access to past reports.
